This page provides an alternate activation method for when you need to activate a Stardock product on a computer without Internet access or if the in-app method has failed (usually due to security or firewall obstacles at your location). In these instances, the application will guide you through saving a text file (.req) to be uploaded and processed here.
Click on the 'Choose File' button below and navigate to where you saved the activation text file (.req). Select it. choose 'Open' and then click on 'Submit'.
In the colored box below will be a link to download the activation response file (.resp). Right click on the link and select "Save Link As' or 'Save Target As'. If you are activating for a computer without Internet access, save the file somewhere and transfer it back to the PC you wish to activate the product on.
You can finish your activation by selecting "Select Activation Response" and selecting the downloaded file. If you have closed the activation menu, open the app again to get the activation dialog, click 'Enter Product Key' and click 'select offline file.'
